Center for Industry Relations and Career Services

The Center for Industry Relations and Career Services at Ace plays a pivotal role in connecting students with the professional world. Its wide-ranging initiatives include career counseling, internships, industry projects, guest sessions, and both on- and off-campus placement opportunities. With over 75 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) signed across diverse sectors, the center ensures that students receive valuable industry exposure and career development support throughout their academic journey.

Ace graduates have consistently secured positions across various sectors-including banking, FMCG, NGOs/INGOs, manufacturing, and services-both within Nepal and internationally. This success reflects the employability and professional readiness nurtured by the institution’s robust support system.

The center's work is guided by three strategic pillars:

1. Placements and Career Opportunities

The Center for Industry Relations and Career Services at Ace oversees all recruitment-related activities, acting as a dedicated bridge between students and employers. It facilitates a structured hiring process through career fairs, corporate presentations, CV screenings, and interview coordination.

Beyond job placements, the center emphasizes career alignment, ensuring students find roles that match their strengths and long-term aspirations. Internships, employer interactions, and industry projects provide practical exposure and help students chart meaningful career paths.

2. Industry - Academia Collaborations

Ace has cultivated partnerships with over 75 organizations to integrate academic learning with real-world industry needs. These collaborations enable students to engage in internships, live projects, company visits, and research-based initiatives.

By embedding hands-on experiences into the curriculum, students develop a clearer understanding of professional environments and are better equipped for future challenges in their chosen fields.

3. Career Readiness Through Professional Engagements

To complement academic knowledge, the center hosts guest lectures, panel discussions, and employer-led sessions that provide insights into current industry trends and leadership perspectives.

These experiences-combined with soft skills development workshops and personalized career planning-ensure that students are not only job-ready but also confident, adaptable, and equipped to thrive in dynamic workplaces.

Industry Collaborations

As a part of Industry- Academia Collaboration, Ace has signed MoUs with various Industry Partners with an objective of providing students with opportunities for projects, internships and placements.
